王禮文於2002年畢業於美國聖路易市的華盛頓大學建築系，同年他加入了台灣著名的建築師事務所-李祖原聯合建築師事務所。 在14年的任職期間，參與了台北101金融中心，台北東方文華酒店和及菲律賓Oakwood Premiere Hotel 等等的重要案子。其中負責設計的作品，如位於淡水的藍海、頤海大院及台中的大恆都得到獎項及市場的肯定。 2013年在北京清華大學獲得了建築碩士學位。 2016年開始任教於台灣科技大學、教授建築設計的碩士課程。2017年，成立了專注於對話及合作的建築設計公司-尚文禾竹。 Alfred graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and received his BA in Architecture in 2002. In the same year he joined the renowned Taiwanese architecture firm C.Y. Lee & Partners and in his 14 years tenure there, he participated in major projects such as the Taipei 101 Financial Center, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Taipei, and Oakwood Premiere Hotel Philippines to name a few. His design works such as the Ocean Blue Residences, Ocean Kingdom Residences in Dansui, and Yoji Daheng Condominiums in Taichung have both won awards and have been very well received. In the year 2013 Alfred received his Architecture Master’s degree from Qinghua University of Beijing, China and since then he has also been teaching a graduate level architecture design class as assistant professor in the premier technology university of Taiwan, NTUST. In the year 2017, Alfred founded SWHZ Design Associates with the aim to create a dialogue focused collaborative design firm.
