吳宗岡2006年在結束美國的實習工作後，加入台北的李祖原聯合建築師事務所。在職的8年期間參與設計了Bella Vita百貨商場、台北東方文華酒店、北投亞太溫泉酒店、遠雄台北及台中總部辦公大樓、遠雄建設林口、中和及新莊各重劃區集合住宅等大型商業設施案。 2013年任職於豐譽營造擔任主任建築師及同集團子公司晉宇開發建築師，負責國際渡假村開發設計管理及施工規劃。2018年成立同集團之豐寬建築師事務所。 2015年，與胞弟共同成立趣工作共同工作空間，迄今已成為業界服務及定價標竿，並曾獲選為金管會金融科技創新園區開發顧問及運營商。2021年開始參與尚文禾竹設計顧問公司（和謐設計前身）的運作及設計對話。 After the internship in the United States, Wu Tsung-Kang came back Taipei to join C.Y. Lee & Partners Architects/Planners in 2006. During his eight-year tenure, he participated in designing mainly large-scale commercial projects, including Bella Vita shopping mall, Mandarin Oriental Taipei, Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou, Farglory headquarter office buildings in Taipei and Taichung, and Farglory residential high-rises in many new towns around New Taipei City. In 2013, he joined Feng Yu Construction Company as Chief Architect and also Architect for its subsidiary, Jing Yu Development, where he was responsible for the design management and construction planning of an international resort project. In 2018, he established Frequency Architects, a design service within the same group. In 2015, he co-founded Keepworking Coworking Space, with his brother, which has since become the industry benchmark in services and pricing. The company was also selected as the development consultant and the operator for Financial Supervisory Commission’s FinTech Space. Since 2021, he has been involved in the operations and design dialogues of SWHZ Design.
